Responsibilities

• Set up equipment in preparation for startup.
• Transport meat to and from department.
• Adhere to safety and food safety policies incl. SQF 2000.
• Monitor area for trash and debris on floor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by lead, supervisor or superintendent.
