Qualifications

• Must be able to complete cycles quickly and stay safe in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to maintain sharp tools to perform tasks correctly.
• Make precision cuts to carcass to achieve desired yield.
• Set up area with all needed equipment before shift.
• Monitor production area and clean up debris at end of shift.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Lead, Supervisor or Superintendent.
