Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is assisting a Northeast Alabama meat processing facility in recruiting a Production Supervisor for the first shift. This hands-on leader will oversee 20 nonunion associates and drive safety, quality, and throughput in a fast-paced operation.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), with experience in meat processing or food manufacturing and a proven ability to motivate teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or meat processing.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, HACCP, and USDA guidelines.
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates on 3rd shift.
• Ensure production goals for quality, yield, and throughput are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily shift activities.
• Communicate clearly across departments and with team members in both English and Spanish.
• Promote a positive, safe, and respectful work environment.
