We are seeking an experienced 3rd shift Production Supervisor at our high volume manufacturing plant in Summerdale Alabama. Shift is from 1030pm to 7am Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees assign daily tasks and track attendance
• Monitor production schedule and input daily production numbers
• Enforce safety and quality procedures
• Conduct safety training
• Resolve equipment issues
• Report unresolved issues to the plant manager and maintenance team
• Ensure machinery is running efficiently
• Communicate regularly with Plant Manager regarding issues or suggestions for improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2 to 5 years working in a manufacturing setting with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
• Forklift certified
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Above average problem solving skills and a strong desire to learn
