Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Processing Shift Supervisor Trainee (Bilingual - English/Spanish) to oversee production on assigned shifts. This hands-on role leads staff, manages workflow, and acts as the primary contact for shift performance, while focusing on safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, be bilingual, and able to work long hours including overtime in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Able to work long hours including overtime.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize the entire shift; step in for any role under the shift lead.
• Review load scheduling and priorities.
• Process loads completely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain equipment; know maintenance needs.
• Train crew on procedures and ensure understanding.
• Complete daily supervisor and cleaning checklists.
• Communicate with team, on-coming shifts, and leadership.
• Manage staffing, attendance, and days off.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Troubleshoot production issues to resolve them quickly.
