Job summary

US Foods is seeking a 1st shift Meat Processor in Spokane Valley, WA. You will operate CryoVac/MultiVac and other equipment to cut, portion, label and pack meats to customer specs.

The role requires knowledge of USDA grades, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with possible overtime in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat production equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of USDA grades and standards is desirable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment according to safety and GMP guidelines.
• Prepare and pack meat portions to customer specifications.
• Label, weigh, and portion products using assigned equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary packing area throughout shift.
• Assist with end-of-day duties as assigned.
