Qualifications

• Must be able to work continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F-45°F and in freezer -10°F to +10°F.
• High School graduate or GED preferred with basic reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack meat products to meet production demands.
• Utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products on schedule.
• Follow Food Safety requirements and GMP.
