Job summary

PAY-AND-SAVE, INC. is seeking a Meat Wrapper to join our Meat department. You will wrap, weigh and price all meats, assist with rotation and quality control, and ensure adherence to department procedures and safety standards.

You will work with the Meat Manager and teammates to maintain proper inventory, keep the work area clean, and provide friendly service to customers while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an apprentice/ training program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, weigh and price all meats and related products.
• Assist in keeping perishable merchandise rotated according to procedures.
• Follow procedures for receiving, weighing, price marking and breaking down meat.
