Job summary

PAY-AND-SAVE, INC. is seeking a Meat Wrapper to support the Meat department and help ensure product quality and proper presentation. You will wrap, weigh, price, and rotate meat items, while adhering to department procedures and Lowe's standards.

You will work with the Meat Manager and store teammates to maintain safety, sanitation, and accurate pricing. Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math skills, with ability to read English and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship/training program preferred.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and how to operate meat department equipment.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, weigh and price all meats and related products.
• Assist in keeping perishable merchandise rotated per procedures.
• Follow procedures for receiving, weighing, price marking and breaking down meat.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and proper product rotation.
