Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce meat products to meet production standards.
• Package and label meat products per program plan.
• Merchandise meat products according to flight plans and merchandising standards.
• Stock backroom with meat products, rotating and dating cases and buckets.
• Notify Meat Manager when products or supplies need to be ordered.
