Job Description

Create outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment to encourage customer return. Assist in achieving sales and profit goals, monitor quality assurance standards, and support daily Meat Department operations. Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all safety, food safety laws, and company guidelines.
2. Promote trust and respect among team members.
3. Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
4. Train and develop team members, including inventory management and performance appraisals.
5. Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with product questions and suggestions.
6. Demonstrate Meat Cutter skills, including proper cutting techniques and customer service.
7. Maintain merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and proper temperature controls.
8. Ensure compliance with labeling and safety regulations.
9. Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities.

Qualifications
