Job Purpose: The Meat Director at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for overseeing all company meat departments to ensure operational excellence and drive sales growth. This role involves managing purchasing, inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies, while also ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The Meat Director will play a critical role in creating and implementing weekly ads and promotions, maintaining cutting and presentation guidelines, and collaborating with sales representatives to introduce new items and secure advantageous deals.
