This role involves managing purchasing, inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies, while also ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The Meat Director will play a critical role in creating and implementing weekly ads and promotions, maintaining cutting and presentation guidelines, and collaborating with sales representatives to introduce new items and secure advantageous deals.
