Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead meat department team to meet the club's sales goals and member expectations.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, sanitation and inventory standards.
• Collaborate with other department leads to deliver a cohesive member experience.
• Utilize digital tools to forecast, plan production and manage ordering and staffing.
