Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise the meat department team to meet business goals.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of floor operations, product specs, and safety standards.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: ensure staffing, inventory, and compliance, and maintain a neat, safe work area.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: train and develop team members and recruit new talent.
• Demonstrates integrity and adheres to company policies and standards.
