• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and meat preparation and packaging to established standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to support sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage with members; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
