Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the meat department.
• Achieve budgeted financial results and manage department scheduling.
• Prepare products for sale according to standards; price and wrap items.
• Manage in-store selling culture, merchandising programs, and weekly sales meetings.
• Order inventory, monitor in-stock conditions, and manage pricing audits and all department tasks.
• Build a talent bench and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
