The GIANT Company in Enola, PA is seeking a Meat Department Manager to lead daily operations, maximize sales, and develop the team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and strong department performance.

You will oversee deliveries, pricing, stocking, sanitation, and compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced grocery environment, while coordinating with store leadership across Pennsylvania and nearby markets.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, understand and apply company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must be able to use required equipment and tools
• Must be able to work in a cold environment

Responsabilidades

• Receive deliveries and rotate products
• Weigh, price, and label items
• Stock cases and maintain merchandising
• Prepare valued-added products
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with suggestive selling
• Manage inventory and ordering for the department
• Achieve sales, gross profit, shrink, and labor targets
• Reconcile invoices and execute merchandising plans
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards and quality assurance
• Train team members and supervise in the manager's absence
