Job summary

99 Ranch Market in Frisco, TX is recruiting a Management in Training (MIT) to develop into the Meat Department Manager role. The program is short-term with training and assignments, with promotion potential in about 3–5 months based on performance.

The MIT will oversee operations from product prep to inventory, lead the team, ensure customer service, and support safety and compliance while learning company systems and processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in the meat department or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Meat department operations from prep to display to improve sales.
• Ensure department team provides excellent customer service and addresses issues promptly.
• Drive sales, control labor and shrink, analyze sales data, and meet targets.
• Use company system to track inventory and conduct monthly counts.
• Supervise, delegate, and schedule staff with constructive feedback and coaching.
• Assist Omni channel services and support marketing and department duties.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and product quality across the department.
