Qualifications

• Computer skills and ability to read safety/production docs.
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent or 6+ months experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a meat department team with supervision and scheduling duties.

• Prepare, cut, trim, weigh, wrap meat; manage display and safety.
• Maintain sanitation, rotate stock, and comply with SOPs and regs.
