Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency; knowledge of product suggestive selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order, maintain, and control inventory to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Cut and weigh meats for individual servings, validate received orders, and ensure proper storage.
• Assist in managing a team to complete stocking, production, and quality tasks, including handling spoiled products.
• Maintain product knowledge, execute promotional plans, and follow store policies using appropriate tools.
• Develop schedules, manage labor and payroll, and ensure safety and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Lead department staffing, training, performance management, and career development.
• Monitor forecasts, ensure a clean and well-stocked department, and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
• Participate in daily meetings, uphold guest experience standards, and perform additional duties as needed.
