Job summary

Qualifications

• Order and maintain inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, weight, and condition.
• Cut and weigh meats (steaks, chops) for individual servings.
• Lead department team in stocking, production, and tasks to meet KPIs.
• Follow food safety and cleaning guidelines and company policies.
