Coborn's Meat Department is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to support the Meat Department Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and maintaining product freshness. You will oversee workload, training, counseling, and performance reviews to ensure a smooth, efficient team environment.

In this role you’ll help with inventory, shrink reduction, and precise record keeping, while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat Department Manager in all facets of meat department operations, including preparing products for sale and controlling freshness.
• Direct staff workload, counseling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and accurate record keeping; oversee department when manager is unavailable.
