Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Meat Department to implement sales and merchandising programs.
• Train associates in display techniques, rotation, and ordering.
• Assess product quality and coordinate with Meat Merchandising Manager when quality varies.
• Set up meat case and adhere to merchandising programs.
• Order product quantities based on marketing plan and store performance.
