Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing display; check quality and stock as directed.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas clean and inviting.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures on weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment; ensure equipment meets safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing and signs.
• Report safety hazards or violations immediately.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by leadership.
