Responsibilities include maintaining displays, rotating stock, assisting with sampling programs, and supporting department operations while upholding WFM quality goals.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; keeps cases and shelves stocked and clean.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas full and presentable.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors and drains.
• Provides courteous, efficient service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Accurately handles signs and pricing; reports hazards promptly.
• Supports health, safety and sanitation procedures per regulations.
