Responsibilities

• Support meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, inventory preparation and department cleanliness.
• Follow food safety production guidelines and ensure proper packaging, weighing, pricing and labeling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays and signage on the sales floor.
• Operate and sanitize equipment according to safety procedures and training.
