ShopRite of West Deptford in New Jersey is seeking a Meat Cutter Clerk to join the Meat Department. You will cut meat, prepare products, and help customers with selections while maintaining department appearance.

You will work in refrigerated and chilled environments, lift heavy loads, follow safety rules, and uphold company service priorities. The role requires strong English, basic math, and teamwork; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and understand instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Maintain sanitation and QA standards for surfaces, utensils and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
