Qualifications

• Some knife work experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Use knives and equipment to cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat.
• Fabricate beef, pork, lamb, and other products to standards.
• Assist with grinding and other processing tasks.
• Check products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow food safety and USDA requirements.
• Keep work areas and tools clean and sanitary.
• Support the team to complete daily production efficiently.
