Torrance Baekjeong LLC is seeking a dedicated butcher to deliver high-quality meat preparation in line with restaurant standards. You will trim and stock a variety of meat, manage portions, and ensure products are fresh and well-presented for guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, performing sanitation, and assisting with inventory, ordering, and receiving. A minimum of two years in a kitchen is required, with knife skills and safety emphasis.

Formación

• 2 years minimum kitchen experience.
• Familiar with cuts of meat and supervise/monitor quality.
• Accurate knife skills with precision and efficiency.
• Knowledge in storing ingredients preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Trim and prepare meat per guidelines and maintain workflow.
• Inventory, ordering and receiving; ensure proper labeling.
• Sanitation and cleanliness of workstation, tools, and facility.
• Operate and maintain meat slicer; monitor temperature in coolers.
