Qualifications

• The position requires reading, writing, and speaking English, basic math and food-safety knowledge.

• Experience with meat department equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Cut and trim meat according to company standards and rotate products in cases.
• Assist customers with selection and maintain sanitation as per QA standards.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and price marking products.
