Qualifications

• Retail meat experience required (14+ months).
• Completed WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry.
• Prepares specialty meat products (sausages, oven-ready, cured meats).
• Ensures product quality and freshness; maintains sample programs.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports team members.
• Mentors Meat Cutter Trainee(s); adheres to safety standards.
