Responsibilities

• Accurately cut to specified yield and ticket data.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Pull raw materials and manage pre-cut inventory.
• Label products to meet regulations and safety rules.
• Record data for yield tests and inventory counts.
• Maintain production areas per USDA guidelines.
• Assist in equipment setup and teardown.
• Keep knives and scales clean and maintained.
• Contribute to profitability by meeting yields and deadlines.
