Qualifications

• Cuts to specification per cut tickets and maintains accuracy.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies between tickets and customer purchases.
• Pulls raw materials and pre-cut inventory by codes and flags short shelf-life items.
• Labels products and equipment to meet safety and legal regulations.
• Records data for yield tests and maintains inventory counts.
• Operates in USDA-compliant environments; follows safety practices.
