Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Meat Cutter responsible for portioning, slicing, and packaging meats to meet precise size and weight specs. Operate knives, band saws, and slicers while following GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of meat cutting or culinary knife skills experience. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lb regularly; a drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year meat cutting or culinary knife skills experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–60 lb regularly (over 100 lb occasionally).
• Work in cool, damp environments; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Portion, slice and package meats and seafood to meet size/weight specs.
• Operate knives, band saws, and slicers with safety standards.
• Review schedules and prepare equipment for production.
• Obtain supplies and conduct safety checks in the work area.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist with packaging and general site housekeeping.
