Job summary

Platinum Corral is hiring a Meat Cutter to support our meat department by cutting meat to product specifications and ensuring freshness and proper shelf life.

You will follow the buffet production system, rotate stock, maintain sanitation, assist with opening and closing procedures, and help manage inventory. We offer a team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement and a suite of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler per guidelines.
• Notifies Manager of discrepancies and supports opening/closing procedures.
• Maintains equipment per maintenance manual.
