Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age or older.
• Prior meat cutting or food preparation experience.
• Ability to operate power equipment like saws/grinders/slicers with proper training and safety.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation standards.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beef, poultry and other meat items for display and sale.
• Trim, portion, wrap, label and package products.
• Maintain accurate, attractive displays and product quality.
• Interact with customers and fulfill special cut requests.
• Maintain department cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Stock and organize the meat department to ensure smooth operation.
