Joe V’s Smart Shop in Texas is seeking a Meat Cutter I to provide the freshest products and outstanding service in a fast-paced department. You will cut, tray, weigh, and merchandise meat, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards throughout daily duties.

You will operate grinders and slicers, label packages, and ensure correct rotation and display quality. 18+ and retail/meat experience preferred; join a team focused on lowest prices and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail meat department experience preferred.
• Certification from Meat Cutting Academy required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, trays meat for display per company standards.
• Operates grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weighs, wraps, labels product packages for sale.
• Rotates product in meat cooler and sales floor; ensures proper storage.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards throughout duties.
