Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, packaging and serving customers.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs for the department.
• Stock and display meat items safely according to standards.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and quality.
• Keep work areas and backrooms clean and organized.
• Greet customers and provide quality foods.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a harassment-free environment.
• Unload deliveries and organize backroom areas.
