Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, slice, prepare, process, trim, seal, package, wrap, and label meat per policies.
• Maintain temperature logs accurately.
• Stock and display meat safely and rotated to ensure freshness.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide customer service and assist customers with quality foods.
• Unload trucks and sort orders for proper cooler placement.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per company and health department procedures.
• Be punctual, professional, and respectful in all interactions.
• Adhere to policies preventing harassment or discrimination.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
