Our franchise organization, Park Place Corral, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!
The Meat Cutter’s performance, especially the ability to cut for quality and quantity, significantly impacts the guest’s dining experience. Top-quality meat cutting ensures the restaurant optimizes profit and provides full value to Golden Corral guests in both product and service.

Food Production:

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler following approved food safety guidelines.

Cleanliness:

• Sanitizes all surfaces between the production of chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognizes signs of bad meat, such as stickiness, slickness, or bad odor.
• Cleans and sanitizes the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Adheres to local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Uses administrative forms to maintain inventory and production levels of meat products.
• Notifies the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Performs opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment properly according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Completes duty roster tasks as assigned.
