The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a part-time Meat Department team member in Lacey, WA to perform general product preparation, stock, and customer service duties. You will help maintain sanitation, rotate stock, and ensure quality while delivering friendly service and supporting store sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include cutting, stocking, labeling, and assisting customers with questions. The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Must work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate certain equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, prefabricating, dating, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, serving customers, and other functions in accordance with company policies.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality; rotate items to ensure freshness.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place in proper cooler location.
