Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, grind, slice, and package meat products and stock dept.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs.
• Stock, display and rotate meat items to company standards.
• Ensure product quality and freshness; rotate stock as needed.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms and coolers clean and organized.
• Unload trucks, sort orders and place in proper cooler locations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Support store operations and marketing programs to help drive sales.
• Maintain professional behavior and adhere to harassment/discrimination policies.
