Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, prefabricating, dating, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, serving customers, and other functions per policies.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and per standards.
• Check product quality; rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Unloading trucks and placing orders in proper cooler locations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment according to health department policies.
• Greet customers and provide high-quality foods; be friendly and professional.
• Contribute to store sales and profits through collaboration with retail operations and marketing.
