Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship is required.
• Previous meat cutting experience is required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by making recommendations about meat, poultry and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat as ordered by Members.
• Cuts, grinds, and processes fresh meats to company standards.
• Weights, packages, wraps and labels meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Maintains meat department sanitation and safety standards.
