Food City in Owens Cross Roads, AL, is seeking team members to cut and merchandise fresh meat, assist in ordering and receiving, and help with grinding and slicing meat. The role includes organizing coolers, rotating stock, and maintaining clean, well-stocked displays while enforcing HACCP standards.

Successful candidates will help provide courteous customer service, adhere to safety procedures, and work a flexible on-site schedule in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental and visual demands.
• Able to understand and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Capable of routine, repetitive tasks and daily interaction with staff and customers.
• Must be able to attend on-site shifts and follow time and attendance policies.

Responsabilités

• Cut and merchandise fresh meat.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and display of all products.
• Grind and slice meat as needed.
• Organize cooler arrangements and stocking.
• Rotate product and maintain display case cleanliness.
• Ensure good code dates and neat work areas.
• Sanitize department twice daily and uphold HACCP program.
