• Ensures compliance with weights, measures and labeling laws.
• Greets and takes orders from customers.
• Cuts, trays, and packages meat and seafood products as required.
• Uses cutting accessories safely and wears mesh gloves.
• Participates in pre-inventory preparation and back stock tagging.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
