• Receives and unloads shipments, prices product, and stocks cases while ensuring quality and proper rotation.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment per safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures compliance with weights, measures and labeling laws.
• Greets customers and takes orders.
• Cuts, trays, and packages meat and seafood products for the day.
• Follows safety practices with cutting tools and uses mesh gloves as required.
• Participates in pre-inventory prep and back stock checks; tags match products.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
