Responsibilities

• Engages members by answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Cuts, grinds, packages, wraps, and labels meat and seafood to standards.
• Maintains meat department inventory and displays.
• Ensures clean, sanitized equipment and surfaces in the meat area.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat deliveries meeting quality standards.
