Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engages and assists Members by answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood and making recommendations.
• Prepares and cuts meat to company standards; weighs, wraps, and labels products.
• Maintains sanitation and safety, rotates stock, and keeps cases well stocked and appealing.
